The horse is not enough
Models, tools and people behind what we call artificial intelligence. "AI" doesn't exist as a single technology: it's a horse that matters for how you rig it and who holds the reins. Two projects I built this summer — a Thai temple and a medieval village — and the lesson I wasn't expecting.
